Yeni sistemle birlikte d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecini ba\u015flatmak i\u00e7in tek bir hak sahibinin talebi yeterli olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm kapsam\u0131ndaki projelerde maliklerin toplant\u0131 yapmas\u0131 zorunlu olacak. Maliklerden birinin talebiyle toplant\u0131 d\u00fczenlenebilecek. Toplant\u0131 tarihi bina giri\u015finde ve muhtarl\u0131kta ilan edilecek, al\u0131nan kararlar tutanak alt\u0131na al\u0131nacak. Ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n 6306 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun kapsam\u0131nda i\u015flem g\u00f6rece\u011fine dair yeni bir kay\u0131t eklenecek.Y\u0131k\u0131m sonras\u0131 arsa sat\u0131\u015f\u0131na karar verilirse, arsa paylar\u0131 \u00f6ncelikle Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, TOK\u0130 veya ilgili kamu kurumlar\u0131na teklif edilecek.
