S\u00f6z konusu karar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan, Anayasa\u2019n\u0131n 127\u2019nci maddesi ile 5393 say\u0131l\u0131 Belediye Kanunu\u2019nun 47\u2019nci maddesi uyar\u0131nca \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ge\u00e7ici bir tedbir olarak Demir\u00e7al\u0131, g\u00f6revden uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n
Yetkililer, g\u00f6revden uzakla\u015ft\u0131rma karar\u0131n\u0131n yarg\u0131 s\u00fcreci tamamlanana kadar ge\u00e7erli olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n
